The Notification of Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) concerning the Rules and Procedures for Preparation and Disclosure of Revenue and Accounts of Projects
As the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC or Por.Por.Chor.) has announced the Notification concerning the Rules and Procedures for Preparation and Disclosure of Revenue and Accounts of Projects which Individuals or Juristic Entities are contractual Parties with State Enterprise or Government Agencies B.E. 2554, then, all contractual parties with PTTEP will be required to prepare and submit revenue and expense accounts to the Revenue Department for contract executed on or after 1st April 2012 onwards.
PTTEP would like to seek for your cooperation to strictly comply with the notification of NACC or Por.Por.Chor. for legal compliance. It is your responsibility to read, review, understand and update all information and relevant requirements required by the Notification and any amendment thereof.
