PTTEP partners with Chulalongkorn University in developing in-depth research studies to enhance the capability of E&P Industry

Somporn Vongvuthipornchai, President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) and Professor Dr. Pirom Kamolratanakul, President of Chulalongkorn University jointly signed the Fifth Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to continually support research studies in geoscience and engineering. The ceremony was held at Chulalongkorn University.

Under this agreement, academic cooperation is extended for another 5 years, till 2021 and will emphasize co-initiated research in geoscience and engineering through the academic knowledge of Chulalongkorn University and the exploration and production (E&P) expertise of PTTEP. This will develop the in-depth knowledge, technology, and innovation for enhancing capability of the E&P industry which will benefit the country’s energy development.
