Bongkot and Arthit join 30 CSR Activities, 30th Anniversary of PTTEP
During March – April, 2015, Mr.Pichet Sangjan, Vice President, Thai Offshore Production, Operations Department, together with 500 persons including executives and staff from Bongkot and Arthit Assets and their families, joined the campaign “30 CSR Activities, 30th Anniversary of PTTEP.” 1,000 young plants were propagated by Bongkot Offshore teams at Khao Pra Taew Non-hunting Area, Phuket while 500 trees were planted by Arthit Offshore teams at Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park, Phetchaburi. These activities were the first fourth of 30 CSR activities in the campaign.
“I am glad to know that the Bongkot and Arthit Offshore teams were the first teams joining 30 CSR Activities, 30th Anniversary of PTTEP in 2015”, Mr. Pichet said.
“Actually, the teams should realize that PTTEP is not only exploring for energy resources for Thai people, but we have a responsibility to society as well. These activities will create awareness of social concerns for staff and their families.”
The “30 CSR Activities, 30th Anniversary of PTTEP” campaign has been initiated to encourage employees’ contributions to society on the occasion of PTTEP 30th anniversary. A total of 30 volunteering activities will be organized throughout year 2015.
