PTTEP receives two CG awards from The ASEAN Capital Market Forum
PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) represented by Mrs. Pranot Tirasai (right), Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary Division, received Top three Domestic Publicly Listed Companies in Thailand Award and Top 50 ASEAN Publicly Listed Companies Award from Mr. Paul Yuen, Executive Director, Market Conduct Department Monetary Authority of Singapore, in the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF) in Manila, the Philippines. The awards were given to the listed companies with highest score in CG based on the corporate governance (CG) assessment by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and in accordance with ASEAN CG Scorecard.
The ASEAN CG Scorecard initiated by ACMF is an assessment tool used to benchmark the CG performance of publicly listed companies in ASEAN countries using a scorecard system based on international best practices in order to enhance CG standards of public listed companies in ASEAN countries and to attract foreign investment into this region.
