ปตท.สผ. คว้ารางวัลยอดเยี่ยมด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จากเวที Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2020
บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ ปตท.สผ. ได้รับ 2 รางวัลด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลในสาขา Thailand’s Best Employer Brand และสาขา Best Use of Technology for Recruitment จากการประกาศรางวัล Thailand Best Employer Brand Awards 2020 ซึ่งจัดโดย World HRD Congress และ Employer Branding Institute – INDIA องค์กรด้านการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมและแนวปฏิบัติด้านกลยุทธ์การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลระดับนานาชาติ รางวัลดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการเป็นองค์กรที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาบุคลากร และนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการด้านบุคคลากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
